Options
Delivery: Food is prepared at the Miss Essie’s Southern BBQ Location and delivered to you at your site of choice, at a specific time. Our staff will arrive 30 to 45 minutes prior to your event to set up chafing dishes, linens, utensils. Once your event is complete, our staff will return to clean up and retrieve equipment.
Onsite Grill: Miss Essie’s Southern BBQ will bring the smokers and crew to you, Miss Essie’s will grill and smoke our award winning meats on-sight allowing your guests to be served fresh out of the smoker and straight to their plate.
Pricing
Price of meals are per person, with minimum of 50 people. Quality black plastic disposable service ware, delivery and set up of buffet are included.
Prices include: (1) One Entrée, (2) Two Hot Side Dishes, (1) One Salad, (1) One Assorted Roll and Butter, and (1) Choice choice of either bottled water or Lemonade.

  • Miss Essie’s Southern Mashed Potatoes. Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes, herb roasted baby reds, mac and cheese, creamy herbed polenta with parmesan and herbs, blended wild and white rice pilaf.
  • Mixed Seasonal Vegetables. Steamed and herbed with butter, sautéed shaved Brussels sprouts with onion, bacon, and dried cranberries, glazed carrots with dill, baby green beans almandine.
  • Miss Essies Bistro Vegetables. Miss Essies loaded sweet corn, Miss Essies Bacon and Onion Green Beans, Bake Beans

Salads (choice of 1)

  • Caesar Salad. Crisp Romaine lettuce with Parmesan , hand crafted croutons, and classic Caesar dressing
  • Spinach Salad. Tender Spinach with sliced mushrooms, dried cranberries, candied pecans and bacon crumbles poppy seed dressing
  • Mixed Greens. Mixed blend of lettuce with grape tomatoes, cucumbers, carrot julienne, with ranch and raspberry vinaigrette.
  • Greek Salad. Mixed crisp greens, cucumbers, tomatoes, kalamata olives, feta cheese crumble and lemon oregano vinaigrette.
  • Tomato and Fresh Mozzarella (Add $2 per person). With white balsamic vinaigrette, fresh basil, sea salt and EVOO.
